Pastor and Mrs. Adrian Dowell, and the Shiloh Baptist Church Family, will host “An Evening of Christmas IV” Concert on behalf of the Ladies of Vision (LOV) Ministry.  The concert will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at 210 South Market Street, Salem, Virginia 24153.

Pastor Charles “Nicky” Twine, Montvale First Baptist Church, Rev. Jeneen Lewis, Associate Minister at First Baptist Church Radford, Deacon Gerald Saunders, First Baptist Church Radford and Deacon Wayne Johnson of First Baptist Church West Dublin are the organizers of “An Evening of Christmas IV” which includes members of over 20  churches.  We are praying for approximately 60 to 80 voices in the concert choir, and are thankful for the following musicians who will be sharing their talents during the event:Brother Allan Turner- Pianist, Brother Neal Wyms- Base Player, Brother Vincent Moore- Percussion, Elder Marc Watson-Pianist, Brother Deen Matthews-Percussion.This marks the fourth year that the organizers have sponsored a concert to raise funds for a charitable organization.  They will continue the tradition of having a concert at First Baptist Church Radford, 555 West Rock Road, Radford, VA 24141, which will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 6:30 pm.  Proceeds from Friday’s concert will be donated to “YoungLife” a program in the New River Valley.

The December 12th concert is the second time the concert will be held in the Roanoke Valley.  The organizers will donate all proceeds from this concert to the Ladies of Vision (LOV) Ministry, to help support expenses associated with their upcoming 2016 Domestic Violence conference, “The New Me~No More Scars” on April 2, 2016, and to provide financial support to local Domestic Violence Agencies.  LOV encourages all to come out to witness an evening of worship and praise of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and to experience a blessing like no other. The concert choir will be made up of members and musicians, including but not limited  to the following churches in the Roanoke and New River Valleys’: First Baptist Amsterdam, First Baptist Cloverdale, First Baptist Pulaski, First Baptist Radford, First Baptist Radford – Magazine Street, First Baptist Salem, First Baptist West Dublin, First Baptist Montvale, Macedonia Baptist Church, Morning Star Baptist, New Mount Olive, Jubilee Christian Center, Wake Forest UHC, Radford Church of God In Christ, Randolph Avenue UMC – Pulaski, Woodlawn PUHC, Schaeffer Memorial Baptist – Christiansburg, Shiloh Baptist – Salem, Saint Paul – Woodlawn, New Pentecostal – Wake Forest, and Spirit of Life – Pulaski.

You will also hear a Domestic Violence Survivor’s story during the program.  A free will offering will be given during the program, which will provide an opportunity to honor a family member or friend who may have survived or lost their life to Domestic Violence.  Please come out to support the Ladies of Vision Ministry, and The Roanoke and New River Valleys Concert Choir, Musicians, and Praise Dancers, as they give praises to the Lord in song and dance. We are confident that all in attendance will be truly blessed by this concert.
